I am an estate planning attorney who lives and works in McLean, Virginia. I have focused my practice on estate planning for over sixteen years and worked at a boutique firm and a large firm before establishing my own firm, Oveissi Law. I enjoy assisting clients with the creation of foundational estate plans, which include revocable trusts, last wills and testaments, and powers of attorney, as well as advanced estate planning, which often include irrevocable trusts. I also helps clients with specific needs such as special needs and non-citizen planning. When someone passes away without an estate plan and probate is required, I help with the administration of the probate process.
