Came to USA from Czechoslovakia in 1990. Without English I didn’t have a chance to work in my mechanical engineering field I studied. I start in Galileo Restaurant as a pasta maker. Worked up my way thru busboy, wine cellar master, waiter, manager for 25 years in fine dining restaurants in DC. Love to interact with people. Served a lot of interesting people over the years, including 3 sitting US presidents

There is a lot of them. It don’t want to single out anybody

Tokyo. I’m fascinated with the technology and food
